Rainbows for Rhea

Standing up so tall
I see you shining

Beaming your love rays
Throughout my world

Emanating your rainbows
Into my universe

The green canvas you stand in front of
The cranky, grey, crumbling bark you stand on top of

The smooth blue of the sky you stand below of
The wind of the evening, you stand into that

Beautiful Goddess, you kiss the earth with your soles
You grace the trees with your gentle touch

You gallop in the velvety cushions of the silvery grasses
You meditate in the mud

I love you sweet one

I see you, in all the rainbows

Inspired by the fire of a beautiful child on a day when the mother felt heavy with the weight of the world

Liquid Moments

Loving you for a day
Loving only for a week

Makes no difference
Cause either way

Timelessness surrounds us
And the durations we seek

Moments are millenniums
Life times are many

Playing in this game called life
God is having fun in the middle of our nights

Giving us a second chance
To experience this eternal dance

Dance away the doubts
Dance away the fears

Sing into our mornings
And sleep into our mirrors

See Nataraja transforming
Our yesterdays to how

We interpret the present
In this moment now

Sitting in My Hunger

Sitting in my hunger
Fasting away the day

Delicious  breezes
Brush my hair away

As the objects of my senses
Plead for my attention

Preparing  for another family feast
Is a mere challenge to enjoy the feat

Of clearing out the bothering heat
That builds the distorted fields

When I eat

Ruminating routines
Taunt me

Boredom without food
Tempts me

Sensations in the body
Tease me

Into believing in my past conditioning
Into reacting to my gut

But not this time
The refrigerator stays shut!

Should You Ever See Me Cry

Should you ever see me cry
Don't worry but you’ll wanna try

To figure out the reasons why
I need to release my lessons

Lying below the surface
Giving my soul purpose

To experience love
Through the eyes of a weeper

A weeping fool who jumps
In with both feet

Free falling
All or nothing

Nothing at all
Now or never transformed

It's for you my liquid drops
Fall into the infinite well

That surrounds us with
It's grace

Temporary teardrops
Swelling and sliding

Avalanching over cheekbones
Landing into nowhere
